And one gallon batches!!? What a waste of time! Unless you're splitting batches up with different yeasts or something i can't imagine doing all that work for 1 gallon.

It's not a contractual obligation when buying these crates to return them in any way. When you bring one back in you just end up exchanging it... I kind of see what you guys are getting at, however...
