dry hopping in keg cause haziness?

Anyone experienced haziness-cloudiness caused by this technique? Beer was clear then turned very cloudy after dry hopping in keg.

Thanks, not sure what cold crashing is, but from the sounds of it a hop bag might be easier for a chump like me then simply remove before kegging?
