Agreed! I just did an IPA using Chinook as a FWH & 60 min addition, along with Amarillo for a 20 & dry hop (along with some Cascade as well). I just kegged it the other night and it is delicious.

Yeah, 10 months may be pushing it. Sorry about that. But you still could make one and drink it on your 1 year anniversary :) Maybe you could substitute a New Glarus Belgian Red clone instead.
