I see that the TapIt Cap turned into a product that is available. Has anyone had a chance to use this on a Tap-A-Keg bottle yet. It seems like a natural fit.

Northern Brewer has a kit were you add 1 can puree after 2-3 days AND extract flavor at bottling. I have been tempted to try this with other fruit flavors.

I have been brewing only 6 months and HBT has been great. Also, living within driving distance of two Northern Brewers and Midwest is a bit of an embarrassment of riches for the homebrewer.

Frozen beer.....will it still condition carbonate?

I meant to chill my beer before I bottle tomorrow, but I forgot it outside last night. It got down to about 11 F. Will the yeast be alive to ferment again for carbonation?
