Where I am located, there is a local dive shop that does recertification of tanks, so that could be why the dive stickers are on there.

Hop utilization may be a bit down because of the concentrated boil. That's one of the main reasons I used to do late additions of my extract (never was worried about color.)

Welding with CO2 is often referred to as MAG welding, (Metal Active Gas) instead of MIG welding, as CO2 is not truly inactive. It is definitely less reactive than not using gas at all though...

I'd believe it about the IPA. The Festa Brew kits are made by Magnotta, and their True North IPA is a great brew. I might have to keep an eye out for the festa brew IPA now.
