Same here. I just throw in the immersion chiller...

Same here. I just throw in the immersion chiller at about the 10 minute mark and let it boil. It slows the boil down for a moment but kicks back in quickly once the copper heats up.

I have not experienced any scorching of the bag when applying heat to the mash. I am, however, usually stirring when I do apply heat to distribute the heat.

Keep in mind my system is 1800 watts....

I don't think a keggle will work. The kettle you chose for induction needs to have a flat bottom to make proximity contact with the magnetic coils below the surface of the cooktop.

Did you just adjust the wattage? The default temp is 220F. The thermal sensing might be cycling the power with that setting but still...
