Very interested in how this turned out. How many pounds of sour cherries did you use? Were they frozen/thawed/fresh/dried? How did the beer turn out? Anything you would change if you brewed it again?

Good to hear. I've got some I purchased almost a year ago for this recipe that I still have not brewed yet! Very soon though, just brewed a tripel with this yeast that is one of my best beers!

Looks good, that ring of CO2 bubbles on the edges is a sign of yeast activity. Also, the foamy stuff on the top looks like a light krausen forming.

Yup the same temperatures would apply so 151F would work just fine. You can use a higher saccharification temperature if you want to end up with a sweeter beer, lower if you want a drier one....
