I gave this a shot. Didn't have any spare kegs so decided to cut back on the water and make a concentrated syrup to add to soda water.

Used 2.5C chopped ginger, 2C brown sugar and 2C tubinado...

I went ahead and cleaned the keg and filled it...

Keg issue

Recently bought a bunch of corny kegs. Was planning on kegging some centennial blonde today, but noticed an issue when getting the keg ready.
It looks like someone took their mig to the weld seam....

Didn't think about the possibility of something stuck in the tap. Will have to take it apart and make sure there is nothing in the way. Will have to try this before putting on a different regulator....

The beer was still a little green, but perfectly drinkable at 2 weeks. was better at that point than the miller I used to help green up the lawn!
