You will probably need to shack it up after a few days to try and get more yeast in suspension. How big of batch is this? The nice thing about this hobby is, you get to drink your mistakes.

Works like a champ!! I needed to add a #10 Stainless flat washer(I had on hand) to take up the space between the flare fitting and the poppet valve to make it seal the poppet. :mug::mug::mug:

yo can brew it at ten, just use the percentages listed, using your software make sure you set the IBU, and ABV and you should be fine.

I installed mine on the 3 or 9 o'clock...

I installed mine on the 3 or 9 o'clock orientation so that the junction box was between the kettles, I think it gives a cleaner look.
