I was thinking the hop bitterness would be a little higher as the Galaxy hops I used were 16.9 AA.

Also what would you recomend for a dry hop? I have 16g Galaxy and 32g...

At this time I only really have a maximum of a 2 litre pot. Maybe in the future I will be able to get a bigger pot for that sort of thing.

Wow ok maybe I went a little over board. I will leave it for a month or so to ferment completely then bottle carb for a few months and see if it turns out like cider or some sort of alternate fuel.
