So 4" up is right where the legs meet the barrel....

So 4" up is right where the legs meet the barrel. I measured back leg to front and got 10.25". See picture below. Hope that helps

I got bad news for you on those hops. I made the mistake this year of throwing wet hops in the freezer. Just didn't have time to dry them. I tried to use them just a month after and it wasn't pretty....

Hop stopper. Sorry about that. I have the hop stopper not the hop blocker. Works great. And I will agree that the free floating hops seem to do better.

It's clean. Took about two hours and I found simple green was good for the task. Process was to spray down and let soak a little. Wipe/scrub with paper towel and then wash down with soapy water....
