I removed the bridge from the hot side (at least I remember doing so..i think). Holy moley this is driving me crazy. I will have to check again tonight that there is absolutely no brass bridge still...

Igo's never checks to see if the tank is in test. Arco almost always does.

I did that a couple of years ago with Warrior. I bought 1# of it and used it solely as my bittering hop in all my beers. No drawbacks imo.
