forgot to add, I've been homebrewing for just about 2 years, actually made 40 batches from April 6th 2012 till April 7th of this year. So, well over 50 batches of just about every kind of beer.

Yes,

Starsan or Iodophor... both have their good & bad points, but it really comes down to personal preference

I clean and sanitize my stuff after each brew session, then wash & sanitize again...

Found the Amarillo for $2 per oz and I snatched up 13 of the 14 on the shelf.

The GumballHead in the linked recipe will let me get "rid of" about 5 oz of my Amarillo...I'm not big into storing...
