Not in Nassau but look for paint ball suppliers. they usually have CO2 and are usually willing to refill your tanks.

.8oz Centennial, .6 oz Hallertauer, 2.7oz Fuggles and 2.3oz Nugget. 6.4oz total - all went into my 2013 Hops Harvest IPA.

Total: 1141.79oz.

Most of the the Hallertau cones turned brown way before the Nugget cones were even formed. Maybe not a harvest issue.

Most wrap the pot in a sleeping bag or a few coats. I have a large ALuminum pot and I lose a few degrees over the hour so I just remove the coats and re heat.

Racked cucumber wine.

It has cleared up quite a bit. Has cucumber taste but is still strong. Hoping it continues to mellow as it ages.

I did try it. It did have a slight cucumber taste but was still very "hot". Hoping it mellows as the year goes on.

I'm not sure if 9 is a little much. The recipe I had said 3 for 1 gallon and I ended up cutting 3 gallons worth of cucumbers per that recipe so I trippled it.
