Fast to Bottle Recipe

I'm looking for a good extract or partial mash recipe that's fast from brew to bottle. Something that could maybe be ready in 20 days or less, anyone have anything that fits the bill?

I had one more thought on this, if this is really due to a copper / aluminum reaction and I get the metalic film when I'm brewing beer wouldn't I get the same film when i'm cleaning it with 50 /50...
