Use PBW or OxyClean for cleaning only. Use Iodophor or Star San for sanitizing. I have been using OxyClean & Star San and my equipment and beer have been very happy. :mug:

Since the beer is being forced through the plate in the faucet it should come out foamy and then eventually settle capped with a nice thick head.
