With a custom logo and painting, $75 does sound very reasonable. I know based on the amount of time I put into each handle, $50 is really taking a loss on them if I pay myself a reasonable hourly...

I believe that's the one I use for 1 and 2 liter plastic soda bottles. Great for when you can't bring glass to an event.

As far as I know, all taps are 3/8"-16. The metal ferrules at the bottom are threaded 5/16"-18 on one side and 3/8"-16 on the other.

So to make your own taphandle, you want a 3/8"-16 threaded...
