Wyeast 1728 - Stuck Fermentation - HELP!

I recently brewed a Russian Imperial Stout with an OG of 1.100. When the wort cooled to 70 I pitched one smack pack that was made into a 1ltr starter and pitched a second smackpack by itself.

I waited about 3 weeks for BMW to get it in, but it looks like this yeast is just too in demand. Maybe re-using this yeast is a good idea once you get your hands on it.

Direct from the brewery, here's the official recipe:
