I brewed in the 40-30's about 7 weeks ago and I think it messed with my efficiency, all my numbers were low. Beer turned out awesome just about 1% lower ABV than normal.

It's nothing a little JB weld wouldn't fix but when you drop $175 in a 7 gallon fermenter and it took 2 months to get one I think they should be tested prior to being shipped.
