Do I need to boil oak cubes before adding to secondary or can I just add bourbon and soak cubes for a couple days than add directly to secondary? Thanks and Cheers!

El Dorado Hops

Hi folks,
Trying a new recipe I picked up. It calls for El Dorado hops, looks like my LHBS doesn't carry them is their any hop that is comparable to this?
