Does anyone know about coopers carbonation drops?
I have some and want to try them. My cider has nearly stopped. I intend to ferment dry and artificialy sweeten slightly and bottle to 500ml glass...

Some fruit wines lack body and come out a bit thin. grape juice/concentrate fixes that.

how long will juice last? can i add more fruit?

24 hours ago i added 300g blueberries, about 650g blackberries and like 4 plums, due to confusion from recipes, to around 4.2litres water to soak. Tonight i added sugar and pectolase nutrients...

Im makin one with added vanilla pod and cinnamon to the must with no tannin but now i dnt remember adding acid... Uh oh! Iv used champagne yeast so maybe wil b ok

About a half teaspoon in a gallon. I dont think it matters anyway now i cant get it going! Theres a bit of foam and yeast is floating but no sign of carbon dioxide

Hello. I have this Mint wine on the go and it was a fairly clear yellowy green colour before I added some tannin, under the advice of someone who had made this before, and now it has obviously gone...

Lalvin cider yeast. o.g was 1.060 but i havnt got reading at the moment got no siphon or squeezy thing right now cuz i destroyed mine got a replacement coming soon.
