I leave them in also until the keg is gone also. I do however suspend the hop bag midway so technically it is on the beer half way through. I would not be afraid to have it on the bottom of the keg....

Wheat beer w/ S-04?

I've made quite a few wheat beers but only with German yeasts or S-05 for American styles. Just curious if anyone has tried S-04 and how were the results'? I may have to just give it a go.

I use 2 of these in my dip tube and 5' of 3/16" hose. I serve at 12 psi @ 40 degs. Seems to work well for me....
