I checked things out a little, and it appears that they won't ship. You'd have to make arrangements with a third party (they suggest Navis) to pickup the goods and ship them for you.

You don't necessarily have to purge the keg with CO2 before you rack your beer into it, but it's very important to purge any O2 out of the headspace...
