Bubbling stopping after 4-5 day is completely normal. Many times after 2 - 3. Don't bottle just yet. Leave it in your primary fermenter for another week. Then take a gravity reading and report back....

Knocked my bag of crushed grain over (for a 10 gal batch). It fell over on the edge of my table. More than half spilled onto my garage to the floor onto dirt, oil, etc. Bad start to a brew day.

I went with the cereal killer myself. I have about 1000+ lbs of grain through it so far. No issues at all so far. It solved a lot of my LHBS efficiency issues. Next step get yourself a good scale....
