Well according to BeerSmith it says my Est. OG was 1.084. If my OG was 1.084 my efficiency would be 77%, but at 1.095 my efficiency is 82%.

I haven't converted to AG yet, but your situation sounds very simliar to mine. I will be buying a home in the spring as well. Are you going to make a single or three tier system for your garage?

Today I checked to make sure my High Sierra Nevada was fermenting. I didnt open the lid to the fermenter, but the air lock was bubbling like crazy!
