3 week primary finished up yesterday, blowoff tube was pretty much dormant so I went ahead and kegged it (no secondary). OG was 1.085 (appears to be just good efficiency), FG was 1.015, ABV is 9.3%....

Finally got around to building mine tonight out of an old power supply, about 10 bucks out of pocket at radio shack plus the stir bar I'll need to buy. Good use of a Monday night.

The Penrose is a solid option, I caught a coupon deal and was able to get the kettle, dip tube, and hose barb for sub-$200. Solid piece, I'll be getting 2 more for my MLT and HLT when I go electric.

FWIW, I got my 2 tap system with standard (cheap) faucets, 2 ball locks, and a 15lb cylinder for ~$330 shipped from beverage factory. I priced a similar setup at KC (they don't sell 15lb cylinders...
