Ok, I thought it sounded crazy! I think ill do 2-3 weeks primary, 1 week dry hop, then bottle and condition for 3 weeks. Thanks!

Yeah, a little bit. My all grains tend to take longer to carb up for some reason. I used gold extract from Midwest. I used about 1/3 at 60 minutes, then the remainder at around 10 minutes.

Well, I dumped the hops in and gently stirred...

Well, I dumped the hops in and gently stirred them in to even them out and make sure they all contacted the beer, then I shut the lid. Hopefully that won't cause oxidation...

It was in primary for 2 weeks. Went from 1.050 to 1.012. Pretty sure it was stable.

Is using a bag with marble better then just letting them float loose?
