its not bad ,all you really need is at least 60...

its not bad ,all you really need is at least 60 to 70 percent finish on the ferment and you can rack it over to the secondary,itll finish out there

well i finnally got to bottle up my texas brown ale, and i tested the fg ,it was a respectable1.016,started at 1.072,i really thought i messed it up ,because it had been in the secondary for 6 weeks...

thay are thin on the bottom side ,yea they are stainless but ,you want a nice thick bottom on your brew kettle ,it helps to distribute the heat better less chance of scorching ,and better confidence...
