This beer is sitting on the same yeast cake still. I've made it over a year. That's unbelievable. I have 3 beers I need to keg still so Itll be at least another month before I keg this batch.

I 2 ten gallon batches do the same thing. I was using 2 Whirlfloc tabs in it. Im guessing the glob came from that. Last 10 gallon batch I did I only used one and no weird protein

Fuggit then. I'll let them ride till the 6th month mark. If they are still bad, I'll more then likely dump at least one. I'm limited to 35 gallons in my pantry so these extra mistakes are taking up...

Mystery solved ... Change in temp caused the blow...

Mystery solved ... Change in temp caused the blow off tube to suck up sanitizer. Which then locked it into vacuum. I guess. Popped the stopper of the top and bam the bottle was better
