I got 3 gallons of Cyser that I would like to use the Super Kleer on. The package says to use on 5-6 gallons....would I be ok by using it all anyway?

Hey guys,
Just a quick question....If your suppose to rehydrate dry yeast in 104deg water or so for 15 min, do you wait for it to cool down before you pitch it into your 68deg wort or must?

Is it normal for some strians of yeast to not drop out? I have noticed a few that stay on top even after FG is reached. Do I need to do anything special with these strians?.....cold crash maybe?

A keggle is a keg that you convert into a brew kettle. You cut a hole in the top and some valves, dip tube, sightglass, thermometer.....whatever you like. They are a 15.5Gal pot when done.
