Now this kind of price point will get a lot more guys into stainless. I'm half tempted to pick up one as soon as they come back in stock. One 7gal should hold me over until the 14's come out :-)

I would love to grab a brewhemoth... 22 gallons so you have enough headspace for a 1/2 barrel fermentation, simple, relatively cheap ($640). I would just want a TC fitting added for a thermowell.
