the sugar thing is confusing to me. is the priming sugar i buy at my lhbs dextrose, and is dextrose really just cane sugar? if there bagging up 1 lb for $$, im thinking like alot of ingredients i can...

rent the co2 tank. 3.00 month for 20#. lowers the start up costs to when you can afford it. a 20# can be very forgiving when your learning.

what is the maximum amount of times a cake can be repitched. started light
and am moving darker. have repitched 2x, can i keep going? keeping hops and grains somewhat similar.

kept turning on and off in the begining, then it just became another thing to worry about, so i leave it on 24/7. whats worse (maybe) losing a few gallons of ale or non-hassle use of the equipment...
