Hmmm. Interesting idea. Only thing I would make sure of is that the fans are rated for wet location. If you find that radon mitigation is actually a real thing let us know.

Is that the actual time base (I would call it duty cycle but Im just an old skool programmer) you're using? Seems you'd be putting lots of wear and tear on the SSR. Lots of talk around these parts...

No. Consider that water heater elements sit in water for years on end. You need to check for leaks that could be shorting to ground.
