St pug and pdiet, thanks so much for your input. I ended up doing 9lbs MO, 7oz 90L, 8oz 60L,and 6oz of the biscuit. I'm really excited to see how this turned out.

Precisely. I was hoping for a bitter. The original recipe called for Crystal 80 and Crystal 15, but a friend had the 90. I definitely don't want a sweet beer. Thanks. I'll hafta fix that.

Yep, I'd definitely go ahead an bottle. OG and FG look nearly spot on, and the aformentioned heating and cooling of wort may explain your bubbling. I always go by my hydrometer, never my airlock.

I could be wrong, but an airlock with no water won't keep anything out, right? Personally, I'd stay away from that and dump it.
