Next time you bottle try and attach your bottling wand directly up to your bottling bucket using about 2 inches of tubing. Then you can put the bucket on your kitchen counter above your dishwasher...

It depends on how much of a starter u made if its a big starter dumping the whole thing in could change the taste. I always chill in fridge decant the wort and then dump the yeast into the primary.

No u pretty much got it during the 2 days make sure u shake it a lot to aerate the wort. Plastic should be fine too.

Does your bucket have a spigot at the bottoms you need one to bottle. As for the primary you can use either one. I have both and use both all the time unless I need to secondary then I use the Carboy...

Perlick question.

I have a haier duel tap kegerator with there standard faucets and shanks. I was wondering I the perlick faucet would fit on the shanks that are already on my kegerator. Thanks.
