I used a weldless thermowell for my 15 gallon Speidel as well. I bought the one from Williams Brewing (The 3" stainless) and put it to the right of the spigot. Has worked perfectly with no leaks...

It went great overall. A bit of a learning curve using my recent upgrades to my system but, the brew day was a success.

Can't wait for the next one now that I *think* I have all the bugs worked...

I simply put weldless thermowells (from Williams Brewing) on mine. Works perfectly with no leaks or issues. Fits right next the the spigot with plenty of room.

I use a 25 foot copper coil as a HERMS unit in my HLT. It works perfectly. Seems to hold temp nicely with no issues.

Yep. Sure is. Works GREAT as a Brew Station Bench, I cut the legs down and put casters on it, put some water sealant and tiles on it to protect it and it works very well.
