Getting back into brewing

For a variety of reasons I haven't brewed much in the last year. But my son will soon be coming home from his latest deployment in Afghanistan and he asked if I could brew up some beer for him....

I believe that 1/2" conduit requires a 7/8" hole, so you should be just fine. People run into a problem when they buy a 1/2" conduit punch and expect to get a 1/2" hole. But to put your mind at ease...

What is the smallest fridge that a 6.5 gallon carboy will fit into?

I want to use it for a fermentation chamber. I seen that Zman used a 5.2 CU and it looks like it has a little room to spare. I found a good deal on a 4.5 CU and I am hoping that it will work.

Wow, this keg is bomb proof! In over 30 minutes of drilling I have broke 2 drill bits and created little more than a perceptible dimple in the stainless steel. Any advice would be appreciated.
