Brewed this today. Gravity was a little low, 1.062, looked back at the recipe and realized I left out the honey, oh well. That would count for about 7 points. Just going to let it ride as is.

If you haven't already I'd recommend putting your beers in the fridge for a couple of weeks and trying again. This will do two things, allow all the CO2 to dissolve in your beer and help your yeast...
