Amarillo is described as "citrus" and it does smell lime-y to me. Citra is described as tangerine. Simcoe is described as piney and grapefruity. Ahntanum is also described as citrus and floral.

Yeah my extract brews were always a lot darker. I never experimented with late extract additions though. Always tasted great, just a little dark. Doesn't bother me!

Very glad to hear it! How are the hops doing? Mine are about 12' tall, starting to put out hop cones now too. My shortest one is still about 5' tall.
