There is a big ventilation fan above the setup. There is also one on the back garage door that gets all the fumes out. I have only brewed on it once so far and the fumes haven't been an issue at all.

I added 1 gallon of sterile water when I got home...

I added 1 gallon of sterile water when I got home from work yesterday. It had been in the fermenter for almost 24 hours when I did it. Hope that doesn't screw things up.

I brewed the all grain version of this last night. I live in an apartment and cooked it on the stove top. I'm not sure what happened or where I messed up but I only got 3.5 gallons in my fermenter....
