Been racked for approx 6 or so months. Used lalvin champagne yeast. Not that much headspace during ferment etc, I noticed it while racking.

Thanks for the reply! I just found it odd my one mead tasted entirely different than the other with only 2 ish weeks difference in age.

SO I just received a vino Europa double plus merlot Cabernet Sauvignon kit that has been in his possession for 2+ years. Kit is like new. Any worries in making it?
