Wow, I only paid $75 for my 13 week BJCP course! It was 3 hours per week and the cost included all of the beers we tried, probably close to 100 different varieties.

1 oz of bitter orange peel is way too much IMO. When I used a full oz it made the beer way too orangey. I would stick with 1/2 oz

Is it possible that the yeast got pooped out since it was a high gravity beer? I lagered my Tripel for a month at 54 F just as instructed, and it has been sitting at room temp for about a week now....
