Really cannot drink over carbonated english lager or light lager,make's me shudder to even think about them.

So I just room condition for one week then put it down the celler that stays at 12/13oC all year. If i do lager I just bottle it...

look's ok like this but you changed the torrified wheat to"english wheat malt" why? stick with torrified wheat and you will get a better head on your beer,more true to type in my experience.:mug:

I agrea with orfy,king kegs cannot be used at the same high pressure as corny kegs.
With my king kegs i just add 5 tbls of white sugar at keg filling time and leave a few weeks to clear and build...
