Thanks for the info! Can't drop the pump unfortunately. I'm going to try just getting rid of the street elbow first since that's easy and go from there.

I'm pretty sure I know why. First, I bottled these straight from the bottom of a cold keg, so the haze from the keg was already condensing at the bottom making these bottles especially bad.

Exactly. You have to flush the keg with CO2 anyways, so its easy to just leave it pressurized after purging the O2.

I didn't have any problems priming the pump, the pressure differential pushed...

I've reduced the parts as much as I can without having to buy more things. I'm pretty sure at this point its the relief valve, and either way it needs to be opened and cleaned.
