First brew with new rig was a disaster!

I've built a Brutus style brew rig. Low pressure propane, honeywell standing pilot valves, PID controls, direct fired recirculated mash, etc...

I did my first brew with the new rig on Sunday...

I'd go with the 8" the outside of the tube is probably 8.5" then you add twice the thickness of the copper tube. The chiller may end up being 9.5" wide. any bigger and it will be hard to fit inside...

I'd go with a 1/2"x50' wort chiller

You can do everything with gravity but a pump might make more sense.
