It was excellent. Predominantly Vienna, with Burton IPA yeast, and all late hops/whirlpool/dry hops. Only 3% but tasted like a full IPA!

Kinda similar, but my "Occupied Territory" ISA has German malt overtaken by English yeast and American hops. I nearly called it "Potsdam Pale," but I couldn't come up with a Russian ingredient. :)

Why not use both smoked malts? I just bottled my strong scotch that used THREE smoke malts: cherry, peat, and rauch. It's delicious!
