That's my go to website for hop stuff. I personally would go with either more hallertau or another noble type hop.

Bottles get capped about 3 minutes after they get filled. The caps I use are all the oxygen scavenging ones and from different manufacturers. They all go into the iodophor solution before capping....

I just found the other day a bottle of this I hid from myself that was originally brewed on 3/29/13. It was still quite a pleasure to drink. Nice to know this beer will age well.

No issue at all as long as you aren't storing them for much longer than a day in the open. Even crushed grains can store for a while in an airtight container.
