Here you go. Is just a square piece of stainless stock with holes drilled to line up with the mounting bracket of the pump, welded on to the bottom of the frame. Pump mounts with regular nut/bolt.

It's basically not possible to effectively filter...

It's basically not possible to effectively filter homebrew unless you're kegging. You have to be able to push the beer using co2 from keg A, through a filter housing, into keg B. Trying to strain...
