Good to hear!! It likes a decent time to condition and let the flavours develop. I'm just a little disappointed in the colour but like I said it might turn the locals into homebrew lovers :)

I haven't looked at it in 5 wks, just kept the temp stable between 33-34 f. Hope nothing went wrong inside the precious vessel :P

It seems low for a coopers , 1010 area would be normal. Anyway if its your 1at brew don't worry just enjoy the end result. It will be beer.
Next brew steep some grains and use dme instead of sugar....
