Imho the crush is as good if not better then multi roller setups.. its also super easy to adjust.. you just tweak the crushplate with the thumbscrew to adjust.. dont even have to stop the mill... ...

Nope I left it white.. in the picture with the lid open you can see how it sits back from the edge a bit so when its closed unless y ou get down eye level with it you cant really see the seal anyways...

I use a plastic lid that I float/lay ontop of the grainbed to recirculate my wort onto till it clears..... just pour it onto the lid and it keeps from drilling holes into the grainbed......
